Mary founded Arrive & Settled because moving is routinely treated as a logistics problem when, in reality, it is a life transition.
Choosing a community means weighing work, schools, healthcare, transportation, routines, relationships, and the future a client is trying to build. Mary works directly with each client to understand those priorities before offering guidance.
Her approach combines careful listening, regional knowledge, structured research, and a curated network of professional contacts. The aim is not to make decisions for clients, but to make those decisions clearer, more informed, and easier to act on.
